Questions before choosing your CRM
What is the difference between Wordpress and Estate Office Total?
The Wordpress edition is a plugin for an existing WordPress installation. Total is a standalone system with CRM, a page builder and property listings, without requiring WordPress.
Do APP and Desktop connect to the Wordpress edition?
Android APP and Windows Desktop are integral parts of Estate Office Total. They connect to your agency’s installation and respect user permissions. They do not connect to the CRM WordPress plugin and require internet access.
Can I see the software before choosing?
The CRM WordPress demo shows an example workflow. The Total product page includes actual CRM, builder and installation screens. Before implementation, we agree the scope that suits your agency.
Where will my agency’s data be stored?
Wordpress uses your WordPress installation’s database. Total uses a database on the hosting selected for your agency. Hosting maintenance, backups and team access should be agreed as part of implementation.
Will the CRM automatically publish every listing on every portal?
Publishing on your own website and sending listings to external portals are separate processes. Portal connectors need the relevant accounts and configuration; Total requires an operator to approve transmission. Portal availability and service charges are agreed separately.
